Domaine Faiveley/Billaud-Simon

Burgundy, France

Domaine Faiveley has been owned by the same family for seven generations and is renowned worldwide as a benchmark for the finest wines Burgundy can offer. Holding well over 100 hectares of land, including many parcels of premier cru and grand cru vineyards, the domaine produces both red and white wines in some of the most prestigious Burgundian subregions and uses a combination of traditional and modern winemaking techniques to create a range of only the highest quality.

A sister estate to Domaine Faiveley, Domaine Billaud-Simon is a prestigious producer located in Chablis, the northernmost subregion of Burgundy. Taking advantage of the naturally cooler climate and celebrated Kimmeridgian limestone soils of the Chablis region, the domaine has earned a stellar reputation for white wines renowned for their purity, minerality, and crisp acidity, as well as excellent ageing potential. In the cellar, many wines see little to no oak, allowing the natural characteristics of the grape and the terroir to shine through.
