Representing four generations of winemaking passion, the Boatti family of Monsupello, dating back to 1893, cultivate their vineyards with a commitment to producing harmonic and well-structured wines. Constantly evolving to incorporate new technologies to enhance quality, the late Carlo Boatti redesigned the varietal structure, implemented new cellars, and built modern facilities, including a winemaking, bottling, and storage plant.

Their wines have been awarded numerous gold medals, and they are considered to be one of the best producers of classic method spumante in Oltrepò Pavese.
